| In Bound Sales / Customer Service Representatives
Growing South Florida Company is searching for enthusiastic, outgoing professionals to be responsible for driving sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
� Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all communications
� Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing, order expediting, customer relations & complaints
� Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks
� Responsible for maintaining and updating customer files
� Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
� Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process orders, sending acknowledgments, etc.
� Ability to learn order processing system
� Follows-up with customers on company promotions
� Other responsibilities as required

Job Requirements: |
|
Qualifications:
� 3 years experience in similar field
� Computer Savvy
� Strong communication skills in English is required
� Excellent organizational skills
� Ability to multi-task
� CLEAN criminal background
� Clear English speaking
� 2 year college degree is preferred
