One of the fastest growing staffing companies in the region seeks an experienced and strategic Account Manager. The Account Manager oversees, manages and assures quality, timely service delivery to its assigned clients. This position is responsible for the development, continuous improvement, measurement and management of all aspects related to the staffing process. This role includes hands on management of sourcing, interviewing, selecting candidates and completing the entire evaluation, offer and on-boarding process for all client locations. Additionally, the Account manager is responsible for identifying and developing additional opportunities within its clients (Target Account Selling). Other responsibilities include: � Establishes solid relationships with clients by building rapport and confidence � Visits existing customers on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis; as required and/or needed � Ensures that existing customers are being serviced at the highest quality levels and that all job assignments are filled. � Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service � Responsible for increasing business/hours within assigned accounts � Uncover additional opportunities through contact with temporary professionals on assignment and client companies to grow our business and uncover job opportunities for our candidates � Responsible for addressing and resolving service issues and/or situations. Must immediately inform Branch Manager of all issues; environment, atmosphere, stability, credit worthiness and future business potential � Writes reports as required, maintains client information up to date, maintain consistent and open lines of communications with client � Supervises On-Site personnel at the different job sites � Attends job fairs, and business networking functions � Responsible for timely delivery of invoices and payroll checks on a weekly basis � Responsible for Safety Training at Client�s sites on a monthly/quarterly basis � Actively supports recruitment process in order to obtain highly qualified candidates on a timely basis � Works closely with branch staff and Branch Manager and acts as knowledge source for detailed client intelligence/information � Strategizes with teammates and manager to accomplish weekly business growth goals
